Our RRC Community Groups are designed to continue our worship through fellowship, service, and community. Our members and regular attenders are divided into two groups that take turns being "on" for four months at a time.
These Community Groups help lead and live out our church mission:
- To Know God
- To Make God Known
- To Know Each Other
- To Know Ourselves
Groups may plan church and community events, organize drives to support local nonprofits or community organizations, assist with regular church events, share their gifts during worship services, and more. There is no set list or limit to what a Community Group can choose to do.
Each group is led by two co-leaders who help facilitate discussions, encourage participation, and empower members to share ideas and lead different events.

The Purpose of Community Groups
To Be the Body of Christ (To Know God / To Know Ourselves)
1 Corinthians 12:27-31
"Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it..."
God has uniquely gifted each member of the church. Community Groups provide an opportunity for everyone to use those gifts to strengthen and serve the body of Christ.
To Serve (Love) One Another (To Know Others)
Galatians 5:13
"Serve one another humbly in love."
Community Groups are a place to care for, encourage, and support one another through genuine relationships.
To Serve (Love) the Church (To Make God Known)
1 Peter 4:10-11
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others..."
Galatians 6:10
"Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers."
As members of one church family, we use our gifts to strengthen and serve the church together.
To Serve (Love) the Community (To Make God Known)
Mark 16:15-16
"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."
Serving our community allows us to demonstrate Christ's love while making Him known through both our words and our actions.
